1. Entry & Tickets

• Entry to the park is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased at the official ticket counter.
• Ticket prices are based on the visitor's height, measured at the counter: below 3 ft is free, 3 ft to 4.5 ft is charged the child rate, and above 4.5 ft is charged the adult rate.
• Ticket rates differ between weekdays (Monday–Friday) and weekends (Saturday–Sunday). Current rates are displayed on our Tickets page and at the counter.
• Tickets are valid only for the date of purchase and for a single entry. Re-entry after exit is not permitted unless approved by park staff.
• Children below 3 ft must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
• The park reserves the right to revise ticket prices and packages without prior notice.

2. Park Timings

• The park is open Monday – Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Open on all public holidays!
• Timings may change on account of weather, maintenance, private events or circumstances beyond our control. Any change will be announced at the park and on this website.
• Last entry may be restricted before closing time at the discretion of park management.

3. Safety Rules

Water activities carry inherent risk. For the safety of all visitors, the following rules apply:

• Proper swimwear is mandatory in all water areas. Cotton clothing, jeans, and clothing with metal fittings such as zips, buttons or hooks are not permitted in the pools or on slides.
• All visitors must shower before entering the pools.
• Instructions given by lifeguards, ride operators and park staff must be followed at all times. Staff may refuse a visitor access to any ride on safety grounds.
• Height, age and health restrictions displayed at individual attractions must be observed.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly in and around water.
• Running, diving, pushing and rough behaviour in and around the pool areas is prohibited.
• Visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, back or neck problems, recent surgery or other medical conditions should avoid high-thrill attractions and consult their doctor before visiting.
• Visitors under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances will not be permitted entry and may be asked to leave without refund.

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

• Outside food and beverages, alcohol, glass containers, sharp objects, weapons and illegal substances are not permitted inside the park.
• Pets are not permitted inside the park.
• Indecent, abusive, disorderly or unsafe behaviour, and any conduct that disturbs other guests, is not permitted.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry, or to remove any visitor from the premises without refund, for breach of these rules.

5. Personal Belongings

• Visitors are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
• The park is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property, including money, mobile phones, jewellery, clothing and vehicles parked on the premises.
• We recommend leaving valuables at home and not carrying them into water areas.

6. Liability

• Visitors enter and use the park facilities at their own risk.
• The park shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of a visitor's failure to follow posted rules, staff instructions, or safety signage, or as a result of a visitor's pre-existing medical condition.
• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

7. Photography & Media

• The park may photograph or record video within the premises for security, promotional and marketing purposes. By entering, you consent to such images being used, unless you notify management in writing.
• Commercial photography, filming or drone operation requires prior written permission from management.

8. Groups & Events

• School, college, corporate and other group visits may be arranged in advance by contacting us at 6202584955.
• Group rates, birthday and event packages are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of booking.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your visit. Please review it before each visit.
